Possiblities

Sadly, we must live in the realm of the Possible, 

thankfully, there's the possiblity of dwelling in possiblities! 

The possiblity of triumph of Truth, 

of Justice prevailing, 

of Love overcoming all, 

the possiblity of little Guerilla victories, 

dotting the History of War. 

The possiblity of Revolution! 

The possiblity of deffered dreams, exploding! 

The possiblity of lush paddy fields, 

swaying to the breeze. 

The possiblity of bread for all! 

Happy children, 

returning from school, 

giggling! 

The possiblity of men coming back from work, 

happy! 

Women; kind, confident, daring! 

Horizon at Dusk; the possiblity of a tired earth embracing a sleepy sky! 

Stolen moments of imagined intimacy. 

And till all that is possible, 

we'll make do with hope, 

and we'll make do with words!
